When Theresa was at the worst of her spring fever, she came up with the idea to plant a garden with Audrey once it got warm. As I type, there are two dozen small, seed starter-size planters filled with miniscule cucumbers, tomatoes and red peppers growing on a tray in the kitchen. Audrey picked out the cucumber seeds all by herself at Home Depot after confusing the picture on the front of the package with a pickle, a food that she is basically obsessed with right now. She is always asking for pickles, but will settle for olives, capers, or anything pickle-like. So, the plan is to try a little picklin' so we can keep up with Audrey's demand.
