Burke Fire(open)house

Last weekend was the annual open house at the Burke firestation. We pass by the place a million times a year, but it isn't too often that there's a time to pay attention to it. Despite an ambulance and police car tour, driving a fire truck, shooting a fire hose at a burning building and helping to safely lower an injured man from a rooftop, Brennan's favorite part was by far the "fire dog" (his words). We visited him on about 5 different occasions during the little more than an hour we spent there. Audrey's favorite part was probably the popcorn (especially buttery).
