Halloween Festivities

The last few weekends have been filled with all kinds of pre-Halloween festivities, including pumpkin carving, trips to the pumpkin patch at Burke Nursery, and Halloween parties. And despite, hurricane Sandy cancelling the annual Halloween parade in T's parent's neighborhood, the kids still got their fill of Halloween.
Audrey was semi-interested in pumpkin carving, although the cleaning out of the pumpkin didn't help increase her interest level much. She did draw her own pumpkin face, which turned out great, though she could certainly work on using more of the pumpkin. Brennan spent most of his time checking out everyone else's work, while the rest of the kids (Audrey included) spent most of their time pumpkin decorating instead of pumpkin carving. It's certainly a lot easier.
